International data-transfer details and the AI (LLM) sub-processor will be finalized before the EU/UK public launch.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the AI fortune service provided by Yeori (the "Service"), and the rights and obligations of users and the operator.

Article 2 (Nature of the Service)

The Service computes and presents fortune information such as Saju, tarot and astrology and is for entertainment purposes. Its content is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, investment, etc.), and should be used only as a reference.

Article 3 (Account)

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for managing your own account and may not transfer or lend it to others.

Article 4 (Credits and Payment)

Each reading consumes one credit. New members receive free credits on sign-up. Paid credits are charged through our payment provider (Polar, Merchant of Record).

Article 5 (Refunds and Withdrawal)

Free credits granted at no charge (sign-up, events, etc.) are not refundable. For paid credits, you may request a refund for unused credits within the period required by applicable consumer-protection law; partial use is settled based on the remaining unused amount. Consumers in the EU/UK retain any mandatory statutory withdrawal rights under their local law. Refunds are processed according to the policy and procedures of our payment provider (Polar).

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

You must not disrupt the normal operation of the Service, abuse it through automated means, or infringe the rights of others.

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

To the extent permitted by law, the operator limits its liability for the accuracy of the Service's content or the results of its use. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the readings. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)

The operator may amend these Terms when necessary and will announce changes within the Service.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms and use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
